Hi, I’m Trendolyn, a Christian therapist specializing in Dissociative Identity Disorder. At UP Counseling, I walk alongside you as your guide, using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. My eclectic therapy employs a parts-based framework, similar in spirit to Internal Family Systems (IFS) but distinctly tailored for DID, combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies and guided mental imagery to foster connection and collaboration among your parts. While inspired by concepts akin to IFS, eclectic therapy is a unique approach designed specifically to support your healing journey. With years of experience in DID treatment, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where every part of you is welcomed.
